Ask FP question to Luckyfool?

Luckyfool, can I ask about your opinion on my case? I got the similar 485 receipt saying that I should make an appointment. But my local office will be available in Oct 28, 2005. So I'd like to try other office. The quesion are 1. If it is out of my current service center, should it be O.K.? 2. When you make an appointment in Jackson, MS, do they ask you where do you live. I am in Tennessee.
