If your address and employer adress changed, I am not sure. Mine was mailed to my Employer.

It depends. My lawyer didn't receive the letter but my lawyer said it either send to the lawyer or employer. it related to the address you use to file your LC. I believe most of the time, it will send to your lawyer.
