I am a student now. My bf is a GD holder. We plan to get married soon. Does anyone know a good chinese lawyer in L.A. area that could help us file the paperwork? or does anyone know how long does it usually take for me to get the GC? Am I legal right after register for marriage (my I-20 expires the end of the yar)? Thanks a lot. I really appreciate it.
