1. I called the customer service (option 1-2-3) and scheduled an appointment on 9/9.
2. The place to take fingerprints is out-of-state. The local office can also take my fingerprints but I have to wait until 10/24.
3. My attorney told me that the code is 3. and that's the code # I gave to the customer representative when scheduling an appointment.
4. I also went to the local office to see if I can walk-in. They didn't take walk-in. Also I was told by them that according to 1-485, the code should be 2.
