my lawyer is Seltzer(NYC office of Klasko) too, I happened to know klasko because he came to our University once in a while. if you see the legel fee is higher than what you two agreed, I think you should email him about this. And I think the contract you have now is the same as I have, it does appear to be unfair. But Seltzer is a very efficent lawyer,I am happy so far.
