Ask -Immi_US- ♂ a question

I-140(NIW) /I-485 concurrent filing but 485 was returned and asked to submit to local office.So I resent 485 with the 140 receipt to Chicago, but this office only accept family case.Do you think it will be accepted or returned? Do I need to contact Chicago by mail?
