A suitable lawyer for EB1/EB2 cases. I once called her for h1 the 7th year extension and NIW 140 case., but her asst. told me (after she checked with Chen) that the h1 extension is only for the labor certificater whose application is over 1 year, but after I checked with another lawyer, he told me that I am qualified for this extension and sent me very detailed information on this. I strongly felt that Chen doesn’t have enough experience for EB1/EB2 cases, this can tell from her ad., her ad. Is totally different from Zhang ZHerui or Fan, she is mainly focus on EB3 only. Just my own opinion.
