加拿大移民問題想請教ImmCanada

We did landing in the end of May(buffalo). We came back US and left friend's address. We didn't receive the maple card. I think the cards should lost in mailing. My friend called the "call center number" many times. It is always busy. Is there any other way I can contact them like fax?
If I didn't get maple card finally,what happen to my canada PR status? How could we go to Canada without maple card?
