Thank you for all your reply! I don't think my attorney filed petition for my boy although I faxed all my boy's documents to him. My attorney said he would send petition for my boy via express mail today and I could pay him later.Hopefully the Immigration agency can get the mail on 8/22/2005(I live in LA), the date of my OPT will be expired. So my boy should not have any problem,
right?
