I did this because I moved to PA due to a job offer.

I do not know if I can visit my immigration officer in Los Angeles. He interviewed me in May 2005 and said my case would be approved the same day but my name check was pending at FBI. He also mentioned that I could stop by (no appointment) to renew EAD or AP. Does this mean I can get the card the same day?
