回複：Help! H1B petition

I am doing the same thing but my attorney told me she can transfer my H1B directly not subject to cap..I doubt it..but I can not find official goverment policy stating otherwise. does your attorney have any official stipulation clearly saying this instead of the information flowing on the internet? BTW, why do we have to send the application to VSC if we apply the 2005 special cap?
