PERM 還是RIR?

俺是06/2001來美的(B/1),02/2002俺轉為H/1. 8/2004交的EDD律師說現在轉到Backlog Reduction Center of the Dept of labor (DOL)律師認為大概10/1/2006前會批準。同時俺還付費給同一律師申請PERM，現在所有的job posting都已做完。DOL要求30天的等候期(要到9/7/2005)。
如果俺要申請我的PERM的話,俺會失去俺的RIR的排期.同時俺還需要一些Reference要證明俺被現公司雇傭前三年的工作經驗.We will need to provide detailed letters of reference showing you obtained the three years experience, and any special requirements, before you were hired by your current company. Please send us a list of 2-3 key qualifications you possessed before you were hired by the company, and any letters of reference you may already have. Also, please indicate where/how you met these special qualifications. 各位看官老爺,能幫個忙出個主意嗎?我想我兒子都快想瘋了.
