Help for filing AP application

Please help for filing 1-131 form for application of Advance Parole Document.
in Part 1, what should be fill for "Class of Admission"? and also what should be included in for Part 7 " expalin how you qulify for an advance parole document and what circumances warrant issuance of AP" I apprecaite it very much if you could give an instructon. Thank million.
