What that means to I485 application-------

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On August 5, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

I do not know what that means to the case?anyone has that experience??? approve or deny or reject or kick out????
