WES學位認證?

請問，那位通過wes作過學位認證？ 在需要提供的材料中有--“Official academic transcripts indicating all subjects taken and grades earned, Official academic transcripts must be sent directly to WES by the awarding institution. “，如果回我的畢業學校要的話，真不知道要等到哪年哪月才會有，我能不能將我申請學校時的成績單（由學校印章封口）的由我直接寄到座學位認證呢？ 有沒有別的快一點的機構做呢？
