this impression? I don't see such a specific regulation from the document that I talked about. If so, we have to suppose ANY invalide VISA stamps should be OK, including OLD F-1 VISA stamps for most of us who transferred to H1-B in the US, as long as all the other conditions that I listed are met.

I just don't want to introduce extra inconvenience to us who are already strongly constrainted for foreign travels.
