Help for I-140 question

I got my PERM LC and help my employer file I-140/I-485 (EB-2) for me. My current title and salary are different with proposed job. In I-140 Form, Part 6, question 8 "Is this a new position?" should I check "Yes" or "No" ? I know in NIW should check "No" but how about LC based I-140?
