will it affect my reapplicatio

dear all, thanks so much for your kind input. i have spent so much time on this, i just feel heart broken. i have some american friends who offered to marry me to get grenn card. i just can not do it. since if i appeal, chances are very little. i think of reapply again will it affect my reapplication. i did it my self the first time. i think of hiring a lawyer noow. anybody recommend a good lawyer? thanks!!
