Parents GC, please help

I am going to apply GC for my parents, they are in USA right now.
I should be able to send I130/I485 together at the same time.

But I130 goes to vermont center, and I 485 goes to chicago lockbox as it described on the form, should I send 2 forms seperately or send everything in 1 package to chicago lockbox?

I am in MD.

And My father and Mother should have their own package under their name right?
