If you have an offer letter from HR, you can use it instead, or you can ask HR for a job verification letter.

It's not a good ideal just states how difficult to get a letter since Buffalo doesn't care about your reason. They cares about your experience and whether your current job relates to the occupation you are claiming in the application.
