If you think you have a strong background in EB1 (OR), let I-485 go with this petition because it is EB1 while LC is EB2, which has more people belong to that category.

File another I-140 with your approved LC in case the EB1-b petition is denied. You can transfer your 485 to this LC if the first one is denied. Ask your attorney for the transfer. Good luck.
