緊急求助:OPT轉H4

1,My OPT will expire in Mid September.Anybody knows how long it will take to do F1->H4? Is it too late now? Do I need to wait H4 approved? Or just after your get my H4 receipt before your OPT expired. Then I can stay USA .

2,Also I worked during your OPT period. Do I need to give 移民局OPT期間雇主信息或工資單with I-539 together?

3,Can I do it by myself?
