help me asap

My parents have got the Green Card last year, and my brother is the citizenship, I am F-1 visa now, they want to apply the green card for me. However, since I will graduate in August, and I have applied for the OPT, my question is that if they help me to apply for the Green Card, Can I still apply for the H-1 visa or F-1 visa, since they are the non-immigration visa. it will affect my application?
