invite my sistr to travel USA

I have been to USA for 9 years and have a green card. I would like to invite my sister in China to travel in USA. She has her own business in Dalian, China. What's kind of documents she needs to prepare to get her visa from American Shenyang Consulate. Or which website has this kind of information?
