回複：What the last update say?

Here is the message:

"On June 8, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

I am thinking the case has been denied, because
(1) it was touched on 6/9 and 6/10 but no approval notice was sent to me. I don't think this is a good sign.
(2) it has been 3 weeks until now. So I think I am the in the time range of receiving denial notice by mail since no email notification will be sent beforehand.

However, I do believe 256 has and will approve some RFEs. We just don't know what he is looking for since the RFE is so general that they are actually not recommended by INS.
