如何選賣房中介？中國人， 白人， 印度人

我住的town是A++，1999年買的， 3800 sq ft, 0.42英畝。Zillow 估價1.2 -1.3 million，高中在本州排名第二。 剛搬來時有75%白人， 20%中國人和5%印度人，但最近幾年在我家附近新搬進來的都是印度人。 現在準備賣房， 找什麽listing agent更容易賣房？ 大家有沒有這方麵的經驗。 自己第一次賣房， 是個小白， 希望聽聽大家的意見。
