I read Apple newspaper. Someone wrote an article and said "China government should respond faster to do something to save those lives. It is part of Chinese government's fault that those people died".

But people on the bus hold foreign passports. Some hold Canada passports and some hold England passports. Why should Chinese government be responsible?

HKese want to take all the advantage of "one country, two systems". Now they should know the disadvantage.
