When the HK sponsor applied my daughter's visa, we told the sponsor that she doesn't have 戶口和身份證 in mainland, and she just submitted copy of passport to apply visa. But after she received mail with the visa, there is a information said that 本進入許可必須附貼於據有相關附港簽注的有效往來港澳通行證上，方為有效。so we confuse about this 往來港澳通行證. I am wondering if it is passport for her case or not.
