Hong Kong expense

My hu*****and and I are considering moving to HK. We hope to find a flat within 30 minutes commute from IFC. Here are my estimate of the expenses. Can you please let me know if we are off? We don't have kids yet. all the current values are in Hong Kong Dollars. We live a fairly simple life.

2 bedroom flat rental $15,000 - $20,000
gas and eletricity $800
cable (internet + TV) $600
cell phone $600
public transportation for 2 $2,000
Food + Grocery + dining out $7,000
