請問我這種情況用每天吃胃藥omeprazole(PRILOSEC)嗎？作了胃鏡，醫生讓我每天吃omeprazole，說是可以預防胃病，甚至胃癌。可是我基本沒有感覺過胃有不舒服，我還需要每天吃omeprazole嗎？有沒有其他方法或中藥調理我的胃？以下是我的診斷。多謝！
No dysplasia is present in any part. The patient is a 46-year-old man with intestinal metaplasia in stomach. In Part C (gastric body biopsy), prominent eosinophils are present, which can meet histologic criteria for eosinophilic gastritis. However, increased eosinophils can also be seen in infection (e.g. Helicobacter pylori gastritis), drugs, allergy, and inflammatory bowel disease.
Clinical correlation is recommended.
