FINDINGS:

LIVER: Fatty liver No intrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation.

GALLBLADDER: No shadowing gallstones. No gallbladder wall thickening or pericholecystic fluid. There is a positive sonographic Murphy's sign.

COMMON BILE DUCT: Up to 7 mm

RIGHT KIDNEY: Normal.

PANCREAS: Limited

 

 

IMPRESSION:

No sonographic findings for cholelithiasis however there is a Positive sonographic Murphy's sign.

 

The common bile duct is dilated measuring up to 7 mm. Consider MRI/MRCP for better evaluation.
