Need help on 肝化驗

My ALP was 199 back to 2018 and ALT is 47. AB Ultrasound is normal. My docotor didn't tell me anything and I didn't know there is any issue

 

I didn't see doc for two years until this year March.

My ALP is 155 and ALT is 52 AST is 31 normal.

then I was tested HB and HBC and 不帶菌。 乙肝打過預防針。 Autoimmune test noraml

I am 53 female. Noraml weight, don't smoke and drink. 膽固醇高。Will repeat ultrasound. Any suggestion what could have been the cause and issue, and how to reduce GGT and ALP?
