如果它的結論正確的話，那麽美國人，在美國吃歐洲產的麵和麵食，對麩質過敏是有改善作用的。

而且：Hard wheat has more gluten than soft wheat, and the gluten it contains is stronger than gluten found in soft wheat.

就是說二者所含的gluten不僅有量的差異，還有質的差異。
