Is surgery or not. If non-emergency, that's big different....

I have same insurance BC&BS.  If it's non emergency, insurance won't cover most for hospital fees.  For example, high temp, or normal sice.  However, I got surgery and pneumonia stay hospital 4 days.  I only paid doctors fees and $0 for hospital fees.
