長壽 with good quality of life is a blessing

Without quality like in dementia, one losses own identity, memories and  the most important quality as a human being, i don't see any point of living.

If I have to choose my death among heart attack, cancer and dementia, my top choice would be heart attack(quick, less suffering), then cancer(my brain's still working).  Hope i can manage to have a Physician-assisted death (PAD) for dementia ahead of time.
