我走出抑鬱以後,對抑鬱症的來源,起因和治療產生了濃厚興趣。網上找到不少文獻和書籍。多人提到 Dr.Ross. 我就買了兩本。這兩本書有不少重疊,一本就會把好多問題搞定。兩本書中的各種補藥主要是氨基酸類(amino acid)。我在amazon上買了她提到的一些補藥,簡直救命了。幫助去除或緩解我的其它身體不適和情緒問題。後悔沒有早早讀到她的書。 真心希望人們早日讀到她的書以解除病痛包括精神疾病。
