北美， 歐洲的兒童醫院腫瘤科都是COG成員，小病人都參加各種臨床試驗的。可惜COG不收亞洲國家，連日本都沒有。和兒童病人比，美國成人腫瘤病人參加臨床試驗的好像隻有百分之幾， 可憐。
