淋巴水腫 - 右手莫名其妙的腫起來

家有老人在中國最近右手莫名其妙的腫起來，帶的右臂也開始痛，遊走神經性的痛。去醫院檢查說是淋巴水腫，請問有什麽藥可以從美國買寄回去？謝謝! The patient is taking some medicine to relieve the swelling, but it seems the inside of the arm has some problem and it hurts. The doctor suggests rest well and don't do any physical activities.

I searched online and it seems that it's not easy to cure it. I wonder if anybody could give some suggestions. Thanks a lot!!
