請教關於腰痛的問題

腰痛有兩個月。主要是在腰部相對於臍的位置, 躺下,翻身，起身，及轉動身子會感覺刺痛，俯背彎腰不痛，伸直或仰臥起坐會痛。否則沒有明顯痛感。到醫院查了MRI，報告說 :

The lumbar spine MRI showed a very small 2mm disc bulge at L4-5 and moderate amount of arthritic changes in the small joints of the lumbar spine, called facet joints. 

專科（Physical medicine）醫生說不出什麽名堂，就讓打封閉。

特請教各位醫生和行家這可能是椎間盤的問題還是腰椎小關節的問題? 什麽治療比較恰當？可以做鍛煉嗎？什麽鍛煉比較恰當？
