是不是clustered，如果是certain clustered patterns, 確實表明有超過60%的可能有惡性腫瘤的存在，而且radiologist 說highly suspicious, 說明detect到了這些。二是T2 weighted bright with 400% over baseline, 這也提示必要繼續檢查確診，未必局限於ultrasound的範圍。
