senses impaired, 感覺遲鈍 求助， 謝謝

我女兒描述她有 finger dullness，also can't smell or taste things like normal。 Her senses are just impaired and things are not as strong as  usually feel it. when she is tired or late at night she feels finger numbness.

可能會是什麽原因呢？應該看什麽醫生？
