If your logic is right, the doctors in Africa are the most skill

If your logic -- the more patients a doctor sees, the more skillful he is -- is right, then the doctors in Africa are the best because patients per doctor ratio in Afica is the highest in the world.  Do you trust a doctor in Africa?
