from instinct, i do not like the idea of using 牙線. even though

from instinct, i do not like the idea of using 牙線.  even though my dentist told me everytime i see him that i need to start using 牙線. But i just do not think it will help me, so, i never used it. Now, read this article, it convince me that i should trust my instinct.
