毛細血管擴張性共濟失調綜合征是指一種罕見的、複雜的及預後不佳的神經皮膚綜合征， 又稱毛細血管擴張性共濟失調綜合征、共濟失調毛細血管擴張症、運動失調性毛細血管擴張征、Lovis-Bar征群。本病為常染色體隱性遺傳性疾病，絕大多 數為散發病例。臨床特征包括：嬰幼兒期發病的小腦性共濟失調、眼球結膜毛細血管擴張、反複發作的鼻旁竇和肺部感染、易發生惡性腫瘤和混合性免疫缺陷。
