美國screen mammogram有兩個臨床指南，家醫從50歲開始，兩年一次，婦科40歲開始， 一年一次

美國mammogram有兩個臨床指南，家醫從50歲開始，兩年一次。 婦科40歲開始， 一年一次，原則上75歲停止。
所以跟家醫一輩子做13次， 婦科35次。
亞裔乳腺組織密度太高的人很多， B超對密度高的組織有效，美國很多州要求醫師告訴病人密度高的問題， 家醫和婦科醫師因此常常同時order鉬靶和乳超，
但放射科醫師做screen全乳腺B超， 沒有updated mammogram一般不出報告， 因為隻做B超沒有指南。
我們這裏做mammogram後超過半年時（10到11個月）做全乳腺B超沒問題。。。 所以可以大約一年mammogram， 一年B超。  完全符合所有指南。 所有醫師都高興
