有個問題請教

病人因咳嗽，疼痛現停止化療，做了sputum culture , 排除了TB,但是病人做了一些研究，結合症況，感覺是一種叫klebsiella的細菌，但是醫生不同意做培養。
it's not in your best interest to continually check sputum for bacteria.
it puts chemo on hold until things are investigated further , which cause unhelpful delays

there is an enormous difference between bacteria that are colonizing damage airways , for this reason , i can not in good conscience as your doctor order bacterial culture on your sputum unless you dont want to do the chemo .

不知道如果真有這種細菌而繼續化療，會怎樣？
