Take advise from me, son had the same issue

My son had same issue. He had complete baby teeth, but was missing two adult teeth. Discussed with the dentist at the time and he jokingly said that if you son is destined to miss some body part, it is much better to be missing two teeth than two fingers :)

The plan was to keep his baby teeth for as long as possible to prevent bone loss. And when he is old enough, would
do a dental implant. So we kept one of his baby teeth till about 20 years old. At the end, had implant of one teeth, and the two adjacent teeth are moved over. right now, you can't tell any difference!
