The doctor's words suggesting him to retire

Also, his kidney damage caused by xeloda toxicity and renal ischemia (created by the first hospital) could be treated, while the dead glomeruli will not get recovery. Only those reversibly injured glomeruli can get recovery after an emergent renal dialysis. This means, when he reaches the success out of hospital, his kidney can get only partial renal function back in comparison with a pair of normal kidney. A certain percentage of normal renal function will go with him for his maximum life span. He still need to be on diet for renal patients such as low sodium and less low quality protein.

The doctor's words do not mean he would go to see God soon.
