病入膏肓

午夜（1：30）心口發熱，心亂跳，悶壓感。2006年中規模發生過。此前偶有發生。現在大規模經常發生。

Stress test result is “Transient ischemic EKG changes in the setting of prominent
voltage with no anginal type symptoms.”

Cardiologist letter to me: “Your stress test showed mild-moderate area that is suggestive of ischemia. Please make appointment to see me to discuss this as early as possible. Meanwhile, please start baby aspirin once a day.”

My family Doctor letter to me:

“average blood sugar elevated platelet borderline low
Please see the accompanying laboratory sheet for details. 
 
Comments: 
low carbs in diet, avoid concentrated sweet, recheck 3 months” 

今天看了專家門診。專家說，目前不能完全確定是不可逆轉病變。給我兩選擇（1）口服阿斯匹林，半年後再查；（2）內窺鏡查心。我選擇了（1）。

在沒有如此西醫意義上病變前，我已經進行了長期而斷續的中醫治療。“斷續”皆因效果不佳。“醫緣”難覓！

中醫意義上有病早已肯定。西醫意義上有病是現在才肯定。2006年因心痛進了急診室，折騰一天，無病釋放。

為阻止“不可逆轉病變”，我再次找運氣。請諸位大俠自薦或推薦，我可以去你診所，坐車乘機都行。我在博士屯（Boston）.  請給一個悄悄話。
