我家的少見病案分享/想：

男，60歲。有天坐著時感覺右邊屁股有點痛， 回家一摸， 發現右側坐骨結節上有一腫塊，質硬，不滑動，無明顯壓痛。無明顯損傷史， 無出血傾向。

去看了西醫， 做了如下檢查：

X-Ray:
Normal

Ultrasound impression:
Complex hypoechoic mass (measuring 3.6 by 1.1 x 2.7 cm) in the right gluteal soft tissue with moderate surrouding hypervascularity associated with inflammation. This may be an abscess or henatoma. Cosider further evaluation with contrast enhanced CT of the pelvis.
